I have no idea what is going on in my knee particularly
the last few days. Last night and today is excruciating so here I go.
As ever I am going organic when I can as I am aware of the quality difference

Breakfast:
Juice:
celery head
1/2 lemon including peel
4" ginger (not organic)
4" turmeric (not organic)
1 apple

Punnet: 
red raspberries
black grapes

Green Matcha tea (not bags)

I had a bath in Epsom salts and olive oil
I also succumbed to a nurofen but it just made me feel weird so wont do that again.

Lunch:
Juice:
celery head
cucumber
1 lemon including peel
3" ginger (not organic)

Dinner:
Soup:
cauliflower
broccoli
red onion
ginger
turmeric
garlic
celery
mushrooms
coconut oil
bone broth

I bought some kind of menthol balm from China Town
which I am going to smother my knee with in a mo.
There is no pain at all while sitting but when straightening my leg .....ow
